PERSONALISED MADE-TO-ORDER EMBROIDERY / PRINT

All items purchased with an embroidered, printed or personalised design are made-to-order, therefore please allow an additional 4-6 working days for completion. If you have placed and order consisting of both personalised and non-personalised items, these will not be dispatched until all items are ready. If you require something urgently, please see our Express made-to-order delivery option at the checkout.

All personalised items (including bespoke requests) are exempt from returns.

 

Once an order for personalised items has been placed, should you wish to cancel this, we must be made aware within two hours. We cannot accept cancellations after this time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

 

  • It's £5.00 for our standard delivery service or FREE for orders over £50.

  • Orders which do not require personalisation or custom embroidery will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

  • Orders which require personalisation are normally completed and dispatched within 4- 6 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

​

  • Delivery charges for your desired destination can be found at the checkout.

  • The delivery times shown at the checkout are for the transportation only and do not include the personalisation time. Please allow an additional 4-6 working days for the personalisation to be completed.

  • Express delivery options are available for certain countries but personalisation time still needs to be factored in.

  • Customs duty and VAT charges are not covered in the prices shown. These are the responsibility of the receiver and payment for these will be issued directly from the courier.

EXPRESS MADE-TO-ORDER DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

  • It's £10.00 for our express made-to-order delivery service.

  • Orders which require personalisation are normally completed and dispatched within 2-3 working days.

ABOUT THE DELIVERY SERVICES

​

We know you’ll be eager to get your hands on your products, so for the majority of our deliveries, we use Parcel Force. They are one of the UK’s largest time-critical carriers  who provide a fully tracked, next day service.

​

Deliveries received may require a signature for added security, and are fully traceable. Deliveries are booked out on a next day service once the order/ personalisation has been fulfilled. 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer refunds or exchanges for items you’re not completely satisfied with. You must return the items in the same condition as when you received them. They must be unused, unwashed and in a saleable condition and returned within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. Items which are sold with custom date embroidery are exempt from refunds or exchanges.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is faulty - in this case, we will cover these costs.  We can't be held liable for returns which are lost in the post therefore we advise that you use a fully tacked/ insured service.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We can offer exchanges on products providing they are returned in perfect condition. If you would like to organise a return, please email us at info@theboujeebride.com and we will assist you from there.

Items which are sold with custom date embroidery are exempt from refunds or exchanges.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

 

We aim to process all returns/exchanges within 14 days of us receiving the items. Please be aware that during busy period, this could take a little longer. We will do our utmost to process them as soon as possible.
